Every young child is a potential entrepreneur

We believe in the near future, when young children are cultivated to be issue detectors and problem solvers, they will be potential entrepreneurs. The factory model of education allowed schools to train young generations to be workers which no longer works in the 21st century when robots take over most jobs in the factories. The existing education systems in most countries find it difficult to update their curriculums and lesson contents to current situations, people are still trying to figure out the better education models to fit in the 4th industrial revolution. But no doubt, next generations should educate themselves to be solution providers instead of being trained as the spare parts on the production line in the factory. Next generations face cruel surviving challenges, many difficulties are waiting for wise tactics, children definitely can be trained as strategy planners in years to come. And the first step is to let these young kids realize the diversity is normal, things may change and turn to difference, the more they know, the more possible solutions will be built.
